I had juvederm done at my local cosmetic surgeons office and it looked beautiful I was admiring my new look ion the way home from his office when I suddenly become extremely short of breath and tachycardic. I started fighting to catch my breath and massaging my carotid artery to snap myself out of whatever this was. After a while I was able to drive myself home and immediately called the doctor's office and was told it couldn't have been the Juvederm, I probably had some type of cardiac problem. I then called Juvederm's hotline and was told basically the same thing. We'll that was 4 years ago and never had another "cardiac incident". Bytheway I also had an extensive cardiac work up done and all was perfectly normal. So ladies you be the judge!

Thank you for sharing your story. What a frightening experience that must have been for you! I'm assuming you have decided to avoid all other fillers after that incident, is that correct?
It was a very frightening experience, I never had a reaction to anything in my life. Yes, I will stay away from fillers. I'm considering a mini lift procedure next. Thanks for the welcome note.
