He took time to explain the procedure in great detail. He answered and even anticipated questions that I had and was never in a hurry to finish up. He was kind and showed concern for any doubts I had. He was alway availble for any questions I had before and after my procedure. His staff is amazing. Haizel and Tiffany are as caring and professional as Dr. Harrell.
