2.5 month post op pic
Things are starting to feel pretty normal. Hard to believe that 2.5 mths ago I was sore all over. Scar is not as low as I thought it would be and bikini bottoms are tricky. No complaints though. Feel very fortunate about my results and recovery.
Official one month pics of mommy makeover
Met with dr c today. Gave me go ahead for HIIT workouts as long as I wear thong bra and spanx. Can also do weight training (minus pec exercises). Will take it slow though.
Thirty days post-op pics
Thirty days later and am getting around just fine. Even forget how far I have come in just 4 short weeks. No complications at this point.
I am ready to wear regular bras and exercise like I used to...the thong bra is a major pain in the butt. Straps show with every shirt...so I feel limited in what I wear. Also am measuring a D cup and talked about a full C with Dr. Cappuccino. Will be meeting with him in 4 days for my 1 mth checkup.
