Posting due to a request
Someone asked if I had any photos to see if things change after a year. I feel like even though I have more than a year things are still changing. I have more senstation on lower stomach which can take long to regain. I also find I get less bloated at night. I haven't been working out like usual. I have been very busy for the holidays and all the holiday food so I may seem thicker than usual. I will get back on my workouts starting Monday.
After one year plus!!
I have some issues with swelling on lower stomach still don't know why exactly . However everything looks great.
