So far I can tell you in my experience, this works very well. Noticeable difference already on my top teeth, my bottoms were not too bad. Still get headaches when I switch trays and now that I have a rubberband, I get headaches every other day. You get used to it, eventually. Overall it's a good buy and can't wait until I'm done.
