So Incredibly Happy with my Rhinoplasty by Dr. Joseph! - West Orange, NJ

Such a successful surgery! I had a severely deviated septum my entire life. It was so deviated that my left nostril was completely blocked, leaving me unable to breathe. At 6 years old, I had an open septoplasty in hopes of correcting my deviated septum. However, we found out only a few months later that the surgery had accomplished nothing. I subsequently spent my childhood/teenage years suffering from chronic sinus related illnesses and unable to breathe. Prior to meeting Dr. Joseph, I had consulted with multiple ENTs who either concluded it was "impossible" to fix my septum or felt it was too difficult of a procedure.
Aside from my horrific septum, I used to truly hate my nose. I was always very self conscious of my appearance but was too scared to visit a plastic surgeon. After researching multiple dual certified ENTs, I felt Dr. Joseph was my best option. During my consultation, Dr. Joseph gave me realistic results about the outcome of my deviated septum - informing me that the septoplasty procedure would be very difficult. Nevertheless, he wanted to at least try and fix my septum so I could potentially breathe for the first time in my life. Cosmetically speaking, Dr. Joseph proposed a cute feminine nose. It was as if he knew about the nose I had always wanted! I was very apprehensive before the surgery but I put my faith in him and trusted him fully.
I am officially one month post op and the surgery was a success! Dr. Joseph was able to correct my deviated septum and give me the cute nose I always wanted. My nose is absolutely beautiful and my breathing continues to improve every day. I feel very comforted in knowing that he will continue to work with me.
Dr. Joseph is patient, understanding, kind, informative, and most importantly an expert at his work. He is truly one of the most genuine and experienced doctors I have ever met. It's clear he takes great pride in what he does and that passion reflects through his results. I chose Dr. Joseph by reading the many great reviews on RealSelf and these reviews are not wrong. He is an excellent doctor. I'm very happy I decided to schedule a consultation and hear about what he could do for me. Dr. Joseph went above and beyond my expectations and I honestly do not think another doctor could have fixed my septum and given me such a beautiful nose.
