Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Immediately after explant

I took these pics immediately after the explant in the doctor's office. The size difference is because I am breastfeeding and only my right side produces a lot of milk. The left side is realllllllly flat and wrinkly, which is honestly depressing to see. But I know that I need to give myself time to heal. Whatever happens, at least this is me and not some big water balloons!

On the other side

They are out! Procedure was uncomfortable and scary but fast. I am in some pain, not too bad, in the incision area, so I just took a Tylenol with Codeine. I'm a bit too tired to write more now.
I probably shouldn't have but I looked at my boobs as soon as it was over. There is a huge discrepancy in size, which doesn't surprise me since I am breastfeeding and only one of them produces a lot of milk. The "big" one doesn't look too bad, but the other one is flat as a board and wrinkled like a grandmother's and just very sad looking. I'm feeling a little down but am thankful to God that the surgery went well. I will update with photos later.
