Well I decided not to review until now. I'm 2 weeks post op as of yesterday and just want to say I have had the BEST experience with Dr. Donna Rich and her wonderful staff. I have no words to describe how awesome they are and how incredibly professional, fun and down to earth they are. Dr. Rich is so laid back and realistic. I'm a nurse so of course we clicked but I told her my concerns and so far she has addressed everyone of my needs, without question. I had 3 consultations before I found her here on real self and as soon as she walked into the room with her spunky shoes and awesome personality I knew she was the one. I mean of course other factors play a role, like office cleanliness, staff, etc... Oh and her prestigious medical background is awesome needless to say!! She is very straight forward and honest, no BS kind of Dr. and that's what I was looking for. I also got to tour her beautiful surgery center and that of all things made me feel very comfortable. Her specials and prices are very reasonable and are molded to fit the needs of each patient. I consulted on a Wednesday I believe, put my down payment down on that Friday and had surgery on the following Thursday. My family was very impressed with how they treated me while in the pre op area. It's very home like and relaxing. I love the fact that she has an all girl staff and they know each other very well and have worked together for years. Everyone was very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns prior to surgery. I had a full tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks and back and some contouring of the buttocks. I had my surgery on a Thursday and was back to work that next Thursday!! All of my follow up appointments are less than 10 minutes I NEVER have to wait. I had encountered one problem with the compression garment company but that was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. No Joke. I will definitely recommend and use her for future procedures.
