Staff was somewhat friendly. The staff called a few times to confirm my appointment prior to my actual appointment. I have insurance and was told my insurance would cover the visit. Several months after my appointment I got a message on my phone saying that I have an outstanding bill. I understand that there is sometimes mix ups with insurance. I called up there right away to pay my bill. I got a answering machine saying to leave a detailed message and we will return your call. I left a message just like the answering machine said to do. I called every day for a week and never received a call back. I left a message every time, yet no luck. Very unprofessional I will not recommend this business and can assure whoever reads this there are better doctors in the clear lake area.
