I just do not feel that he is a good injector. He told me that I had built up antibodies and therefor botox would no longer work on me. I knew from the moment that was said that I could no longer trust his opinion. Less than 1% of subjects build an antibody. I have since been to Dr. Chris Saunders and have had no problems. His nurses hadron does ny injections and she is awesome. I have sent Dr.Pontell a lot of work and even with a supposed discount I was paying near $14 a unit!i send him thousands of dollars of work , he over charges me, I go back 3 x and still do not get the result I want. I also was made to feel as if something was wrong with me.Also, if you are looking for warm friendly staff , this is not the place. Kay the Dr.'s administrative asst has an attitude that is less than desirable. I guess it depends on what type of mood she is in! I have not nor will I recommend anyone to him again. Such a disappointment because I truly thought he had my best interst at heart! I have since been recommending Dr. Chris Saunders. He is an awesome educator and his staff his very warm and friendly.
