A lower face lift is a wonderful way to look years younger without really "changing" the way one looks. Of course one is changed by this procedure - excess fat is removed from the chin and jowls, something that made a tremendous difference in my appearance. The general effect is not one of having had work done, but of just looking soooo much better, fresher. For instance, I was often asked if I'd lost weight, did I change my hair or just that I looked really great.
