Chemical peel was NOT worth it: Warning!

I had a TCA peel with Dr. {edited} in Boston nearly ten years ago. I was badly burned and had to be hospitalized right away.

I had raised scars that were so bad I couldn't work for six months and I still have scars and loss of pigmentation today. These patches have to be covered with pancake makeup.

This peel has affected my entire life.

There are wonderful plastic surgeons who are extremely careful--Dr. {edited} in San Francisco, for instance, is terrfic. But please be very careful with cosmetic work. It is often much riskier than the media portrays.
