“Tummy Tuck with Lipo - Walnut Creek, CA”
Spent: $7,700 in Walnut Creek, CA
Hi everyone! My name is Jen. I have 2 beautiful kids.. My oldest is 8 years old and my youngest is almost 4.
On both pregnancy I gained significant weight. I am barely 5'2 and yet I managed to reach 205lbs on both during pregnancy. I was originally 115lbs prior to being pregnant.
After my son turned 2 I have decided that I am blessed to have 2 healthy children and sure that I was no longer to have anymore kids.
I joined the gym and started eating healthy. I lost lots of weight. I am now only 128lbs.
But stomach has not improved as much as I wanted to... I knew that one day I will have to do a tummy tuck. I've always dreamed to have a flat tummy. Inspite of my hard work.. I still am left with a pooch on my stomach.
So this year as my 35th bday gift for myself..I've decided to do a tummy tuck!
I've researched so my surgeons in my area and I felt really comfortable with Dr. Behmand.
I am scared to be put under... I just really don't know what to expect... But I am very excited about my results.

I took my first bath today! Felt soooo good! I must say that I was dissapointed the way my tummy looks.. I'm pretty swollen and definitely don't see the curve I was hoping... I guess I'm expecting too much.. It is my 3rd day only after all! I still need to poop hopefully that will happen today or soon!

Day 5 after surgery: I'm swollen and feel 10lbs heavier! My legs are also swollen : (
I'm dissapointed all of a sudden because I could not even put on my regular pants, I had to borrow my hubby's basketball shorts to wear while staying in the house.
I can't wait for my post op ck to discuss my concern with my PS.
I was also comparing my before waist to my waist now, and I look straight with no curves at all. I know it's quite early to judge but it sucks to look bigger now than before my surgery : (
Sigh* I'm just now checking since I was totally drugged up with pain meds for the first few days.

Two more days! Happy Birthday! I'll be following your journey with interest. Please keep us posted.
Hold on tight! This takes time to heal and you will not see any final results for a while.
Have you tried some Milk of Magnesia? That will make you poop..
I feel so good today and got to even walk around the mall and bought my first ever 2 piece! Lol just can't wait for my final result!
That's wonderful! Glad you are feeling better and are up and around. Go slow:)
It's all swelling and fluid build up. It will go away but takes some time. Drink plenty of fluids and watch your sodium intake. You will be fine it only takes times.
Go at a very slow pace your first couple of weeks back. You will be wiped out due to all the new activity. It passes soon enough but don't get discouraged if you feel like you had a set back. All part of the process.
