A little over a year now!

Wow time flys for sure. Its been over a year now since my surgery. All is going very well. Just giving my last update on here. I no longer swell unless i over eat. Im pretty happy with my results. Except for my belly button. I knew from the beginning it was going to be a issue. But over all im satisfied. Ive added 3 new pics for everyone to see. Take care on your journey of PS.

Sorry that's it's been awhile since my last update. Everything is going good. Not much change and I'm pretty sure this is how everything is going to stay now. I have some numbness below belly button. Still swell at the end of the day. Belly button has not changed and I'm really disappointed about it. I paid a lot to have the surgery so I could get into a bikini again. But there is no way I can with how it looks. I'm hoping next summer will be different for me. I have been exercise 4 times a week at the gym and extremely active. Take a pilates class which I've always loved. I eat strictly and do mostly a raw paleo type diet. I don't like processed foods or sugar. I am flat and it looks ok. But I'm picky and the rest is up to me to change and lose more weight. I start school in the fall for personal trainer and diet, then will learn yoga and meditation. The surgery was with it. I'm happy my stomach does not hang over my pants anymore. Hope all is well with everyone

I'm a little over 10 weeks now. I feel really good and no pain really anymore. I still swell a lot though. Wish it would stop.

So far my doc has been awesome! And his staff are fantastic. I will let u know more when it's over with. Dr. Franckle gave me his personal cell phone.... that just amazed me!! I called him the 1st and 2nd night with silly questions but he was so nice and reassured me everything was going good. He is so patient and kind and it's nice to know I can get a hold of him asap instead of having to wait for a call back. So it's been 10 days post op from date of surgery. I'm just in shock today when I woke up and looked at my stomach. I started crying instantly with excitement and so much happiness. He has done an amazing, outstanding, phenomenal job! I'm so lucky to have such a good doctor! Thank you so much Doc! You have such a talent!
