My doctor was very caring and we discussed the results i wanted. the surgery went smoothly and aside from a swollen face and a little discomfort im not doing too bad. its been 3 days since surgery and my nose looks a little uplifted is this normal? will it come down as the swelling goes down?

today is a week and a half from my rhinoplasty and i love my new nose even though the tip is still swollen my doctor is really caring and took his time and gave me the exact nose i wanted! pictures are a week and a half after surgery

It's still very early in your recovery. According to the doctors' answers on this page (Upturned pig-like nose after Rhinoplasty) swelling can cause your nose to turn up.
