I was visiting from out of state and I decided last minute to check for reputable plastic surgeons since I was in a larger city then where I live. Dr. Mountcastle came highly recommended from several different sources so I emailed his office and within 5 min I received a response directly from the doctor himself (while he was at a conference) his staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to help me and make time for me to be seen while I was in VIrginia. I was nervous so on a Saturday I emailed the office to see if I could get numbing cream for my Monday appt. (hate needles) and within 10 min Dr. had replied to me and called in the numbing cream. What great service!!! Now regarding my surgery day. I met the staff very nice and prompt ..then met the doctor he explained everything to me regarding what to expect and was very cautious in his work and very knowledgable!! The whole process from the prompt communication to surgery day was great!!! I would highly recommend his services!!! The surgery went well and minimal scar. I'm so happy I finally had the lipoma removed...
