BIG, TOTAL waste of money!! I made it clear when I went in for the treatment that the MAIN reason I was having the procedure was to get rid of the bags under my eyes and the "wrinkles" were secondary. I was assured that YES the bags would be gone. No they are not. It has been 1 month and 7 days and the bags are still there as well as the "wrinkles". Granted the "small" wrinkles aren't as visible but they are still there.
The doctor I went to said that maybe I need to come back for a second treatment. No way. Besides the expense, there is a very little noticable change. Not worth the money.

Hi Disappointed,
According to our doctor Q&A Active FX is not "guaranteed" to eliminate dark circles, but is more effective for wrinkles. I'm sorry that it did not work as well. I hope you can find something that does help.
