Im having my butt implants removed in about a week. I have had non stop problems incision opening up seromas discoloration etc I think the implants were just way to big too much pressure on that area I wish I would had never done anything

I live in NC but after extensive research I decided to travel to VA to seek butt implants by Dr. Widder, he had many great reviews and has been performing butt augmentation using implants longer than any other doctor I able to find.

regarding your post of May 4 (having implants removed following almost a year of problems) - Sounds non-typical. I had procedures done by Widder and his judgment has been excellent. Did you ever go back to the original surgeon, Dr. Widder, for consultation and re-evaluation?!

I chose to have Epidural/ Twilight sedation...

I chose to have Epidural/ Twilight sedation following Dr. Widders recommendations I received 565cc implants I felt no pain during the procedure first night was uncomfortable but nothing that pain meds didnt take care of, 1.5hr flight home the next day
not unbearable Dr. Widder and staff were amazing

He just refuses to go under or in the muscle. Above can give you that diaper look eventually.
I understand your concerns, i did a lot of research and talked to many many doctors before going through with it (work in the cosmetic field & butt implants are the only thing we dont do) he's been doing it for over 25yrs his before and afters look amazing, the implants themselves have tabs that he attaches to the fascia so its not like a hanging implant in there. I am 6 days post op thus far I am still very happy with my decision just ready to get my drains out and move around =p
i KNOW!!! in SouthAmerica they only go under the muscle. I have seen MANY pics of over the muscle implants and within the one year it looks absolutely horrible. Like a lopsided diaper or something. I was so ready to go with this doctor money on hand but the rep said he will not do under the muscle!
I've decided on Dr Cortes.
i know lol go to mexico if you have a saggy butt bc if its saggy not even an implant will help much. best of luck
