Pros: Noticeable difference in brown spots, smoothness of skin, blackhead removal, pore size.

Cons: Felt like a bad sunburn (stinging) an hour after I had it done for about 90 minutes. Felt self-conscious about my uneven, dark brown skin and then the peeling, so stayed 3 days mostly indoors.

Why: I wanted to even out my skin by getting rid of dark patches & freckles on my cheeks and chin. I'm medium-dark skinned. It helped a little w/ hormonal darkening on upper lip and old-acne scarred chin, but only slightly. I had been using Obagi Clear for 2 months and this took me the rest of the way. I'm happy and might do it in another year. People have told me how nice my skin looks, which never came up before.
