“Very Happy with Zoom”

I wanted to get my teeth whitened for some time, so I scheduled an appt. with my dentist. The next day I googled Zoom and came across this website. I was scared to death after reading a lot of negative reviews on how painful this procedure was. I called my dentists office and explained that many people found this procedure "not worth it" "painful" etc. The receptionist stated that none of their patients had a bad experience, but everyone has different sensitivities. So I bit the bullet and went. When I got to the dentist, I explained to him the negative reviews I found, and he said, "it's very important that the dentist knows what he/she is doing, and that they need to spend the prep time needed to make sure the exposed tissues are covered."

I'm so sorry for the folks here who experienced any pain, or discomfort, because I had absolutely none. I would recommend this treatment which all in all took about an hour and a half.
