I got Invisalign in 2001, and I continue to be really happy with the results. The treatment portion took a little over a year, and I've been wearing the last retainer at night since then. Don't stop wearing your nightly retainers.
My Dr. in Cambridge MA was a great guy.
I wish I had before pictures, but I was always hiding my teeth. Maybe I can get them from my ortho to post.
