I feel for you as we with Trigeminal Neuralgia suffer too much and also known as the (search term) Suicide Disease' so we will do anything for relief as Drs are reluctant to admin strong pain relief and we suffer to much. Had the Botox treatment at a VA hospital pain clinic and total relief for only 2 months before torture again. These procedures are called percantaneous in which they will affect the outcome of MVD surgery by a large percentage of success so don't do it as a waste of time for the short relief.

A disabled Veteran who is service connected' and when in the service on the front lines, my medical treatment and services were the best in the world. Now honorably discharged and with many problems including Trigeminal Neuralgia, I am treated less than an animal and consider what they are doing to me torturous.
