I have just completed my second velashape session on my buttocks/outer thigh area and say quite honestly I am seeing a difference already. My sessions have been just under an hour each. I would say there was some occasional mild discomfort from the suction and the heat. I am generally quite fit but have had a hard time getting my prebaby body back in the last few years. I saw the treatments on Rachel Rae and thought I would give it a try. I have never had any other procedures. I can see increased smoothness and contouring already. I have three sessions remaining in this zone before I move on to my tummy. I am also using the cellulite and post treatment lotions provided by the center, and drinking alot of water and a fair amount of green tea to help in the process.
