“A Costly "Joke"”

I had talked with staff over a year before finally doing the velashape. I had what they called stage 2 of cellulite on thighs and lower bottom. Stage 2 meaning you could see it when I was standing but laying down you couldn't. I was assured over and over through out a year that this would work with 7 treatments. 19 treatments later NO difference at all. The supervisor and I sat down and looked at photos together from start to 19 treatments later and she agreed there was no improvement. Big surprise no refund or even a partial refund. I called the supervisor 3 times asking for my file and photos. Almost 3 years later I still have not recieved them. I very rarely right reviews in fact this is only my second review on a product or service, but this was a costly lesson. My advice DO NOT DO IT! unless you got money to burn.
