i am a 30yr old guy, i go gym regularly but have had folds of fat on my stomache since i was 16 that would never go no matter what!...i heard ab out vaser on tv and decicded it was for me, i had vaser mid def on my upper and lower abdomen, there was a bit of pain afterwards which fades within around 5 days, my stomache is flat flat flat and i dont have any folds anymore, i used to have 8 when i was sitting down....i am 14 days post op and my skin is numb i have no pain but my tissue under the skin is very hard, i have to be patient so am giving it 6 months before i make my final decision...but i am pleased with the results so far..i am wearing my compression garment with a shield( a foam square sponge inside the garment over the ab area).. i started back at t he gym 4days after, but i only did the cross trainer, i am now working out my upper body and everything is fine...
