Researching for BBL with Fisher at Vanity Miami

Okay I have recently been researching Dr Miamis reviews ( I love his snapchat it's a must see if you're okay with watching live surgery) the issue I am having is either there are a ton of fake reviews from office staff or patients are being asked to write them and no one is posting pictures that are beyond a doubt their own (more than one and not just office pics) I am trying to see if his recent patients have had good fluffing results and see what their post op healed pics look like. (Since I've started watching him he switched the tool he uses to injection the fat I could've sworn it was syringes at first now it's a device) he says every video the cottage cheese look goes away but I can't find pics to back it yet and fishers girls don't have lumps the day of surgery. ( unless I haven't seen it) I don't like the shape he gives as much as fisher but I am concerned and a bit nervous about not only vanity but with all the reviews I've read it's like girls are treated like an animal going to slaughter there by nurses and office staff alike. I think fisher is overworked and I don't want to risk being rescheduled or neglected I am a living person and I think vanity tends to see girls as dollar signs. Please someone refute the negative I have read if you can for fisher and point me in a direction on how to find recent postoperative for salzhauer. Thank you ladies so very much in advance!

I am now looking at my bbl as a long term goal.... Ugh. My masters has gotten in the way and I hate to be responsible but I must ????????. Soooo I save every week and I want my body perfect by the time I graduate. I will keep plenty of weight but I've noticed that girls who already have fabulous shapes have the best results. I want to waist train now. I've read mixed reviews on whether or not it works BUT I want to try. I have looked for info but there arent a lot of personal experience articles out there. Calling all ladies who have waist trained pre or post op!!! Any advice is welcomed and appreciated. Brands to use or not use. What you wear under. Thanks in advance!

I am posting some more wish pics. I would die to look like these girls! One of them is a Fisher girl and I loved her review and asked to use her pics. (Brooklyn_kane) I know I wont look as good as her but Ill take just half as good and be thrilled! Anyway I am spending a ton of time on RS and loving all of the reviews I find so thank you for sharing ladies :) Due to dates with classes and hubbys work schedule I am going to find a way to have this procedure in December 2015 or January 2016. I am nervous about using these dates near the holidays due to what I have read about Fisher and his schedule changes. I will lose my religion on a Vanity worker if my dates get moved!! I plan on calling Vanity with money ready and I am going to bargain to get a free garment, lipo foam and ab board and of course "12" areas of lipo with my bbl I will also want a date and hopefully a time scheduled with payment. (I have heard of girls having issues with times.) Any tips on bargaining with them are always welcome. I want arm lipo really badly BUT since I cant find a single positive review on it I wont be pursuing it. I have started shopping and am still undecided about what I'll do about my second garment. Ill be pissed if I buy one that doesn't fit so I want the one from vanity that I know will fit and I wanted to get a second in Miami but now without hubby there I want one sooner so I don't have to shop that soon after surgery especially since hubby cant be with me. Ill want two to be able to wash one and wear one. ARG I cant decide what to do. It was exciting to buy my first product for the procedure it made it feel real even though it was just a simple p ez it made my day! I will be adding a section to my review of what I pack and then after my procedure I will add what I actually used and what I couldn't live without. In other news I also made it to my goal weight (165 I am 5' 7") but I still go up or down by a few pounds with fluid retention. I remember now why I HATE SCALES. I am going to focus less on it and more on being healthy and happy. Best wishes to all you beauties in RS world!
