Almost 5 weeks post op
I'm out and about! I went to the gym today, couldn't run but walked at a significant incline for 3 miles and rode the bike for 15 mins. I couldn't do my regular exercise due to the impact of my breast moving. I even wore an extra tight bra. I'm hoping by the end of the week I am running again! Good news and best news, I'm back on my bike and rode 50 miles this last week! I had absolutely no pain.
I did go to my doctor appt 2 days ago and was told that I am healing really quickly and that I don't have hardly any swelling. I am amazed how great my scars look. I drank a ton of water and ate as healthy as possible with a diet rich in antioxidants, Im hoping it helped!
I went shopping and got my first bra. A 36c! Pretty stoked considering I was a DD!
I am looking forward to summertime in cute tanks!

Wow, my scars are looking really great and so are my boobs! So excited with the size and how fast I'm healing. I'm gonna try and go to the gym next week!
Really Sensitive
Anyone else who had a BR feel super sensitive ? The sensation in my breasts drive me crazy! Tomorrow is 3 weeks so I am assuming this is normal. Also, I get so nervous changing the tape, I'm afraid of opening the suture areas , especially around the nipples........

Dr workman told me before the surgery "let me do the worrying" , I let him take that fear and just trusted him. He was awesome, his office was great and my nurse took excellent care of me.
