Ready for Whats to Come!!! :-) - Vancouver, BC

Hi everyone :-)
I am 28 yrs old..married for little over 10yrs! :-D...and yup i did get hitched pretty young lol!
I have one child, my son will be 9 yrs old in April...it was much more difficult to try and have a second child for me. Having my first was not planned and happened so fast!...but trying to have more wasnt so easy. Did the whole fertility check up..tried some fertility meds..but no luck. Apparently what i got is "unexplained infertility"...and u bet i was pretty frustrated to hear that...unexplained infertility didnt give me a answer or reason..the doc said..we cant be sure whats going on until the science on this issue progresses.
So after that i thought..i wanna move along now...it wasnt super easy for me to make that choice though it took time...i mean my sis in law is pregnant with her fourth right now..so i see her and yea i get pretty envious...but i know i am blessed with a awesome kid! and i am so so soooooo very thankful for him! :-)
I am 5'8 and 125lbs...sometimes i get to 128 so it fluctuates...when i was in my teens 17/18yrs old i was in the low 120s and got pregnant...went from that weight to my heaviest which was 185! and that weight was after i had my son..i had a natural birth, my son was 9lbs and he did do a number on my belly lol!
I lost all the weight in about a year and a half after having my son...but my tummy never did bounce back...and oh boy i was pretty arggggghhh about that lol! i did Pilates...crunches..u name it i did it!..even bought that ab belt they advertise on TV hahaha...but nope..it didnt work.
So, i have seen 3 surgeons 1 last year and 2 this year...and i have booked with the third!..he was by far the most informative...his staff was so nice and pleasant..he had so many before and afters to look at of his work...and wow! the work looked amazing!...i went with my mom to the consult and she was impressed..she was even like, u do this first and im gonna get mine done after lol!...This plastic surgeon wasnt even the cheapest quote i got either..but none the less i am still super pleased with my choice so far and my hubby is as well even though the price is a bit more..so yea..i am set i guess!...feeling excited :-D nervous too! a bundle emotions!! i have never had surgery before so that makes me even more nervousssss!!..but even though i feel like this i am soooo ready for this change! The day is May 8th, so i got sum time to tone up a bit...im getting a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of hips and flanks...also the surgeon told me during the consult that looking at me he can tell i will have a longer incision then usual that goes a bit past my hipbones...but no worries..im ready to trade in my belly for that scar :-)
Well i know im gonna be going through discomfort..pain..but im mentally prepared...got my hubby to help, my mom and my dad...plus im psyched for 3 weeks of no house work.. hehe :-p
Will post before pics of my belly that i am sooooo ready to say buh bye too!
Oh! and i gotta say..Thank you sooo much to all that have shared there stories on here...the insight i gained from this site is unbelievable!! :-)
