Hello, after years of not liking my nose I finally was in the position to have a rhinoplasty procedure done. But where and with who. I did not know anyone who had had this procedure done so I turned to the internet for help. I am not sure which site I turned to but I reviewed many sites and I came across Dr. Bounassisi. His reviews were fantastic so I phoned his office 8 West Cosmetics and was received so well by his receptionist Mandy. Dr. Bounassisi's other staff member Katie was equally as friendly and I felt I had truly found an office that cared. Mandy and Katie walked me through all the procedures and had me set up with my requested date and deadlines that I needed to follow. I had a video conference with Dr. Bounassisi where all my questions were answered, making an expensive journey to Vancouver unnecessary. The surgery date happened and to make a long story short the reviews were correct. I am very pleased with my results. I liked Dr. Bounassisi's bedside manner and his skills in performing rhinoplasty in my opinion are exceptional. I am so pleased with every step of this journey.
