Hi, I had a 600cc implant placed under the muscle a week ago and I felt horrible up until yesterday. I'm still in pain but sooo incredibly happy I went through with this life altering decision. I'm excited to see what size I turn out! As for Dr.Pugash, he has an amazing wealth of knowledge, so much in fact that I get the feeling that he thinks everything he tells u in the beginning will answer ALL your questions. It does not. As I'm asking him questions he did cut me off a few times but who doesn't do that when this certain individual thinks they know everything about a subject. Which I'm sure he pretty much does! LoL.. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gets right to the point. He doesn't sugar coat answers or facts. When I went there I have done extensive research and I knew quite a bit about what I wanted. When I got to his office, he TOLD ME what I'm getting and where to get the incision. I wanted to go through the nipple but he said he's going through the bottom part of the breast type of thing. I know he knows his stuff, therefore I agreed. He certainly is the professional. I didn't argue. All in all this was a pleasant experience and if I had to do it all over again I certainly would! Just this time, BiGGER! He did an amazing job and I wouldn't change a thing! He advised me that he would not put 800cc implants on me(that's what I originally wanted) so we both came to an agreement on 600cc. A lot of my friends have 300-400cc's and I felt their sizes weren't what I wanted. Go Big or Go Home my mother has always said. I would recommend Dr.Pugash to anyone because he doesn't play around. I can appreciate that kind of a surgeon. Thank you Dr.Pugash!

Interactions were minimal with 2 pre-operative appointments. Basically he told ME what kind of implants to get and where to get the incision. Because of his depth of knowledge, I agreed. Who am I to argue a professional of 30 something odd years of breast augmentations. He's a good Dr.
