Here I am just wishing I could have a tummy tuck...

Here I am just wishing I could have a tummy tuck without the risks or recovery time lol! I am just not sure if I want to go though all of it and then there is a chance of things not ending up the way you wished!

Background story- I am a mom to 4. Had my first when I was 17 so my body has never been sexy! Always had stretch marks, tummy hang, and was overweight since. I am 4' 11" and weighed around 150-165 for about 10 years. Then at 27 after years of symptoms I had surgery to remove a gist tumor from my stomach. I was terrified if surgery. Recovery was a bit tough but not so much because of the surgery but because I couldn't eat for 2 weeks and had an ng tube down my nose. Now 3.5 years later still doing well. I feel better than I've ever felt! Still have check ups and scans about every 6 months but so far so good! It was a rare cancer (sarcoma) and they told me I had an 85% chance of it coming back in the next 5 years. Booooo I don't think about it to much but that does affect my thinking process on whether I should do the tummy tuck.

Well for the past year I have began to exercise and went from about 148 to 130. I LOVE zumba and am addicted!! I never ever liked to exercise but thank God I found something I love. Now I understand why people love to workout.

Anyway I would love to get rid of the extra skin on my tummy. Buttttttt

1. I'm scared of the serious risks (like death!) and then very high up is necrosis!
2. Scared of how long it will take to get back to normal and get back to my love of zumba!
3. Could recovery and surgery lower my immune system and make me susceptible to my tumor coming back.
4. Life is short and you never really know how much time you have so do I want to waste 2 months if it healing and not doing things I love.
5. Unsatisfactory results or looking worse than before.

That's basically where I am at now. I have had 2 consults and am going for my 3rd tomorrow. I never even considered the idea but after my cousin had a Tt with awesome results it made me want to do it too.

I am looking for January time frame.

I have added pics and want to also show people that you can lose that round hump through diet and exercise. Sometimes I feel dr.s try to make it seem like only surgery can help.
