I travelled 4 hours to his office and waited 40 minutes to have dysport rather than botox as he recommended it. After 2 wks I called back stating there was no change (a tiny bit on side of face but none on forehead) the nurse said dysport doesn't get rid of wrinkles or fade them it just prevents future ones?? seriously? I have had botox before it and it does fade and help the wrinkles and it does relax the the 11's. So I asked to speak to the Dr and never got a response. The following week I got a call from the office trying to confirm another appt for something different, I was fuming and said no and explained the situation, the female stated she would talk to the Dr and again I never heard anything. Considering the reviews and "stature" I would have expected more and am still irate that Dr's seem to get away with not forfilling their end of the contract. They should be held responsible, if you purchase an item from a store and its faulty your issue is normally rectified.
