11 weeks post

Hi everyone
I didn't have time to update my review until now. It's been almost three months since my lipo and I definitely can see the difference now. I don't wear my compression garment anymore and my legs don't get swollen like they used to (but I do get a "concrete setting" feeling in my right leg occasionally). I discovered SELF lymphatic drainage worked miracles when my legs were badly swollen - see Heather Wibbels on youtube - takes about an hour to do both torso and legs but it really works. I used to do them two or three times a week for about three weeks. Anyway here are my almost 3 month post pics, I'm really happy with the results.

pics

Here is a pic showing my legs 7 days before the procedure vs 17 days after. I can already see good results around my ankles, not sure if my calves will shrink as I remember I was told what's left is muscles (not great but better than fat...)

feeling better

I think I'm finally recovering "properly"...made it through my first night without waking up which feels great. I can also sleep on my stomach without having to worry my legs will go stiff (I keep them elevated). Also noticed my right leg is recovering slower and having to adjust its garment every several hours to avoid folds/ skin cuts really drives me crazy. My left leg is almost like it used to be only slightly thinner and bruised (some soft, loose skin as well!) while my right leg feels more firm but definitely not soft...almost like a tree trunk (and more bruised). I will add some new pics on Monday (2 weeks post)
