I initially had septorhinoplasty due to breathing problems. After which i had a revision, to cut it short the operations left me with a hanging columella and a rotated tip contributing to the over prominent large columella. Also i now have an unnatural looking nose with a pinched in sunken look and where on side view the boney portion is scooped out a little and where the bridge part on the side of the nose is very thick/wide looking like a separate piece covering half the nose..can anyone explain why this occurrs and what can be done to correct this. would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
