I initially had septorhinoplasty due to breathing problems. After which i had a revision, to cut it short the operations left me with a hanging columella and a rotated tip contributing to the over prominent large columella. Also i now have an unnatural looking nose with a pinched in sunken look and where on side view the boney portion is scooped out a little and where the bridge part on the side of the nose is very thick/wide looking like a separate piece covering half the nose..can anyone explain why this occurrs and what can be done to correct this. would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Great review?

Do your research before selecting a surgeon, do not rush as a bad choice will leave you emotionally scarred. Look for gmc registered, and on baaps and bapras surgeons.

Hey you're case is just sounds like mine. I had a crooked nose. Now my nose looks like a big sausage, my columella is hanging. I feel very unattractive from any position. I lost confidence. I feel like a retard. The boney part connects very unnaturally to the rest of my nose. The bridge is very wide. But I'm in an early stage, still waiting. My nose looks much bigger than before.
