Did it yesterday!

So I met with my doctor the night before the procedure and told him what I didn't like about my nose- he is out of town so my first consult in person was the night before the surgery; I have used him before and trust his work, so that part was not a problem for me. He examined me and then told me what he thought he should change. He articulated ALL of the things I was saying to him as if they were his own opinions; it was if he was a mind reader. He drew my nose the way I described it to him, and made it clear how the cartledge from the tip would be partially removed, with a tiny bit grafted inside the tip to create faceting so my nose wouldn't be so troll doll like. He wanted to raise the tip a little but I stressed that I like my ethnic nose and love my profile-I'm happy to know that he met me somewhere in the middle- I don't want to regret not changing it enough. I'm very excited so far as it already looks better from the front even though my nose tip is sticking out through the cast and looks like a button. Button, be gone!

before. Notice how I clean up good. the nose seems to be the downfall of my face.

also the bags under my eyes which I am considering using filler for.
