Putting It All Together for my BBL!

Im back :-). I am happy to report I'm back researching after a bit of time away. I have been religiously going to the gym for 45 min per day 4 days per week not including my normal walks I do at break times rain or shine for over 2 years now & my tone is well....Possibly a little better? Minimal maybe. I cant really tell. Anyways, I feel better & its become habit now so thats a positive. I just turned the big 40 & still would like some improvements. Smaller level, double chin reduction. Kybella or Lipo of some kind. "Lunch Lipo" perhaps? It makes a profound difference in so many people! Beautiful results. The pricing of the Kybella with the multiple syringes & multiple treatments seems close to the same in my area as Lipo when its all said & done? Around $500 or more per vial (or syringe?) using 2 at a time possibly & 2-4 treatments for Kybella. Then wait several months for the results. Lunch Lipo is $3k on up with immediate results...Im on the fence about it. Any one know more about this? Any personal experiences are very welcome! I have a Kybella consult in PDX on May 25th. Updated, unaltered, non flattering pics :-)

Has anyone had any experience with complications after procedures overseas?? I'm looking at Mexico & Dominican Republic for BBL & am kinda scared. I read this from a surgeon & wanted to ask real time :-)
certainly the cost differences make overseas cosmetic surgery sound attractive but there are many questions you have address before even considering proceeding. Who is going to be performing my surgery? Are they certified and if so by what organization or in what specialty? (There are many "certifying boards" however many are not recognized in the United States or for that matter, in the outside country.) Where is my surgery going to be performed? Is the surgical center/hospital accredited? If so, by who? Who is going to handling my anesthesia? How are complications addressed, both immediate and long-term? Who covers the costs for managing these complications? Do the hospitals in the country I am going take my insurance in case of an emergency? If I have problems after I return to the United States, who is going to handle these complications? How am I going to pay for someone to manage these later complications since my insurance carrier will probably not cover these costs? There are many places in the world where excellent plastic surgical care is delivered but it takes a lot of research to find them and even then the question still is, is the possible savings worth the potentially larger risks? I am 37yr old (young LOL) Wife of 19 years & mommy of a beautiful 3year old little girl! Im 5'3" 180lb & have always had an hourglass shape & been a little thick always. I have loved this most of my adult life! Until...Yep, preganacy really did a number on my shape. My waist & tummy are a wreck! It was humiliating to take these pics of myself & see all of this mess! Who cares about my messy bedroom! My body is such a wreck right now! I was 43" 31" 44" or within an inch or 2 for ever & now...all gone :-(. Anyways, Im on my way to a BBL. I love Yily, Campos, Salama, Cardenas & Cortez work. I would like to stay relatively close to home so not sure about the Dominican Republic. I am like most, I am afraid of going out of the country. The results & prices are certainly fantastic though! I hope the results pics & reviews are real. I know of places who have gotten caught for paying ppl to post fake pics & reviews & HOPE that isnt happening here. So, my journey is beginning, my husband is ok with my decision & I have lightly mentioned my research to 2 others. I will keep the rest private since they will all become negative Im sure. I hope this dream is possible for me! I want a DR that doesnt charge extra for every spot to lipo, I read that some do that. I will need to fly out, stay for at least a week...Do some places feed you too? Club Medical? Any others?
