“Problems with over Filing of Nasal Bone”
Spent: $5,700 in United kingdom

My nose is better from one side thanks to the tip being deprojected mainly but from all other angles it looks unnatural and i am really regretting my decision. Wish i had left the hump as it wasn't that bad for a man. My problems have all come fom that particular part of the procedure.
I am a male who has had a nose job to remove a hump and deproject the tip. My surgeon has filed down my left nasal bone so much that the (lateral?) cartlage appears as a bump that sticks out quite prominently on this side. The right side looks good, but i also have an open roof deformity. How can this nasal bone be built back up? I understand a cartilage graft can be used to correct the open roof but would an implant be able to correct both issues? thanks. This review is the subjective opinion of a RealSelf member and not of RealSelf, Inc.
