Bleph to Upper Lids - United Kingdom

Because I live in the UK I was able to get mine done on NHS for medical reasons. It took 1 hour and I only had discomfort for about an hour after local wore off. No swelling at all and only a little briusing.

Use a bag of frozen peas as compress and sit up for 8 hours after surgery. take paraceatamol for any pain. Take 2 arnica tabs every two hours during the day to reduce bruising. do not get the area wet before stitches are removed and stay at home for 48 hrs and rest. a week off work is good advice and keep out of bright sunshine.

Great review?
