They seem to be a bit bigger now settling and I hope they stay that way , look amazing in swim suits no more padding and feeling self conscious .
Scars are lightening and no pains aches at all keeping my sports bra on tight most of the time as want them to heal right shape that I think I've got one still bigger than other but started that way maybe feel I should of had a bigger implant in smaller breast to even out but one slightly lower also I have to accept and so do you that nothing is ever perfect. But I am happy

Still think should I have gone a bit bigger ?
Scars have lost all glue now and have been told by nurse to massage them now with oil . I started when washing with antibacterial soap as they were still red but now am on the oil .
Bought new bras and bikinis most from matalan as really good range am 34 DD originally flat 34B have added latest photos and massage technique the nurse told me to do . Still very firm but feeling more and more part of my body

Spoke with my surgeon only twice before the op . I forgot to mention that I only got up the courage when my daughter had booked for her boob augmentation . And wanted them done with her. So difficult to choose there's high profile, moderate plus, moderate, silicon, saline fat transfer, over muscle , under muscle so many things to work out that you would like and are going to work for you . Al I knew is I didn't want porn star I wanted natural on the bigger side. Phew that was one decision. Now all the others I decided as I have a broad bust measuring 12cm I would go mod plus flatter but spread more than high profile , I definately didn't want domes!! Now how big . I found online the rice sizer test where you fill a stocking with rice or oats and measure in grams the cc you want to try then wear in a sports bra . First I had idea after trying the sizer with surgeon that I wanted between 400 n 500. I made up two sizes the 450 were too big when I put on my clothes (something else very important to consider) as you could end up with clothes looking wrong and having to buy a really large size just to accommodate the boobies! The rest of garment not fitting just hanging! After trying for weeks I finally decided on 425 cc silicon mentor implants moderate plus this was comfortable and not to heavy for me to carry On last visit with surgeon I told him this and they didn't do 425 in my diameter it had to be 400 or 450 . Going by the rice 450 was too big, tops were difficult to fit and dresses didn't do up in a 12 or large 10 he assured me that 400!was a substantial big implant so I went with that. Then he said I could go subglandular oh no another decision I had to decide before I turned up for op in 3 days !! ANOTHER DECISION ARGHHHH I researched this and was still un decisive as for and against for both subglandular or submuscular. He said I had enough tissue to have subglandular but what will I do ??. The two benefits i liked were that not so invasive gel settles more naturally and look slightly bigger, against was drooping quicker more chance capsulating and seeing rippling from implant ohhhhhhhh I'm fed up with decisions Most surgeons do split muscle so think that wot I will go for. Day of op . Got there for 12.00 admission with my daughter I went first then her woke up with boobies felt ok no pain happy smiley compression bandage on so could not see results just that I had a little mound squashed not there b4 Doctor said wouldn't need pain killers but nurses filled our bags with ibuprofen pare etymon and antibiotics and I'm glad cause even though not really painful much better with the tablets. Now just gotta wait two days to look!! Day 2 pulled down compression bandage and they looked good though swollen in the sports bra I hope they stay this size but obviously a lot of swelling
