“Underprojected Nasal Tip”

hi, i just had my rhinoplasty 2 months ago, to refine the tip, i used to have a nice profile, my skin is very thick, i know is very soon but the profile (just) looks curved but if i smile is(totally) curved, and the front looks flat when the tip goes down,how has to be the normal tip proyection i dont know how normal this is but what should i do?

should i wait or l have to talk to the doctor please help me. should i wait a year and why if is going wrong? i have to say this im happy for the results about the tip , but not about my profile .
