complete waste of money and very uncomfotrable.
Clearly a moneyspinner for dentists but unethical I think. Tried to persuade me how much whiter my teeth were - absolutely no difference in my mind.

That is a lot of money to spend to not see a noticable difference.
Did the office offer anything to help increase the whitening effects, like take home trays, or anything of the sort?
