Hi - I have been thinking about having a reduction for about 10 years. I am 43 years old and a 30G - size 12 (US 10). Tomorrow is the big day and I am starting to get a bit nervous. I am particularily worried about the pain afterwards and how I will manage to sleep lying on my back - bye for now....

One week post surgery and I am thrilled... It really wasn't too painful and since the first night I am only taking Brufen and paracetamol ! Amazing. I am going to get my dressings changed today and am just amazed how well I feel. I'm down to a small c or possibly a b cup (from a big G!) and can't stop looking at my profile in the mirror. Let me just encourage anyone who is thinking about having this surgery... GO FOR IT!! I pray for Gods continued healing and recovery for all going through this! Be encouraged! Xxxx
