Coincidence?

As I wrote earlier, I found my PS through my mothers cancer reconstruction earlier this year. During that time she also lived with me and when she went back home she left a walker, transfer wheel chair, shower chair, and commode. I ofter wonder if this is a sign since I only really started seriously considering the surgery after she continued to tell me to hold in my stomach and other things (only a other will tell the truth as my friends and hubby say I look just fine). I just think its odd that out of her cancer surgeries I found a PS and all the supplies. I am still hesitant regarding the surgery but at the same time am so ready to get it done and go shopping for clothes that make me happy!

Working right now and this little old lady.

This little old asian lady (looking very much like my mom) asked me if I were pregnant! Omg...November can't come soon enough!

My age and other things.....

Oh yeah, I forgot to add my age....I'll be 43 Friday, but I think my real age is around 30! :) So maybe I am over thinking this but here are my concerns that I will be sure to speak with the surgeon about pre-op:

Pain from the drains that he says I will have for at least 3 weeks minimum.
A low and even clean scar (without dog ears).
Do I need lipo (because I want the tummy super flat)?
Swelling, can I avoid some of the excessive swelling I see (I already eat low sodium and low sugar).
How long will it really be before I can stand up straight?
Floating bb...the PS and hernia surgeon suggested this as an option (I don't think I want the floating bb as I am not sure he will be able to pull the stomach tight enough without making the bb too low.
I don't want the pubic mons to stick out after (i have tried pulling mine up simulating the tension from a tt and I don't think I will but you never know.
