I had a tummy tuck to remove excess skin & remove some of my stretch marks. Working out does not fix this. I quit smoking cigarettes a month before the procedure to have the safest outcome possible. I love my results but would not do this over for a million dollars. It was extremely painful & felt like I was sawed in half.
