I had a mini-abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) about 10 years ago. Definitely worth it. Tummy is flat and most of stretch marks are gone. Scar is below even low cut jeans/bikini.
My only complaint is there is 2 small flaps of skin on the left and right side of my scar that hang over slightly. The surgeon told me this was a possibility. They don't show under clothing and are very minor.

I had a breast lift from him that scarred nicely, but did not "lift" so much. Nipples pointed towards horizon, but was still bottoming out. maybe I should have added implants to the lift, but it was disappointing. Also, dont love the flaps from the tummy tuck, but maybe those are unavoidable
