“Still Waiting for the Result!”

I had a full tummy tuck in early October. The first four days were awful. I never had surgery before. I birthed two children, and that was nothing compared to this.

I am now pain free and I can no longer "pinch an inch" but it is still swollen. So bad that I can't button my pants that I wore before surgery. They did fit nice, except my belly hung out over the low rise pants. Now I can't even think about wearing them.

At the end of some days I look like I'm three months pregnant. The doctor keeps reasuring me this is normal but I would like to hear what others have to say. So far I am happy with everything. I'd be even happier if my new swollen belly will someday go flat like expected.
