I would do it all over again! it was, by far, the best thing i did for myself.

After having four babies, my ab muscles separated and looking at my stomach made me cringe. i had the attitude of a young woman and the body of a worn out mom.

I healed fast and my down time was very minimal. i do, however, advice any woman with small children to make sure she has help (and husband is not enough) for the first week. after that, you will feel yourself returning to normal.

When and where did you have your surgery? I am outside Toronto, and the 2 quotes I've had so far are $7500 & $7700. I also really would like an arm lift would would almost double the cost. I so want to have it done, but can't afford the prices.
