I would do it all over again! it was, by far, the best thing i did for myself.
After having four babies, my ab muscles separated and looking at my stomach made me cringe. i had the attitude of a young woman and the body of a worn out mom.
I healed fast and my down time was very minimal. i do, however, advice any woman with small children to make sure she has help (and husband is not enough) for the first week. after that, you will feel yourself returning to normal.
