Wanted to use pictures where I'm wearing the same clothes as the first day

2 weeks post

Pain finally got better around day 10. I'm still sensitive in certain areas but no shooting pain and the numbness is a lot better but again still there. I've noticed the slightest change in the upper and it looks more because I'm wear a different bra I know change will come or at least I hope it will in the following months. Now just continueing to eating healthy and work out hoping this will help loose those extra pounds I can't seem to shed.

5 days Post

So here's a recap since I haven't been able to post yet.
I'm 5'6; 145lbs work out with trainer but after my son can't seem to get rid of this bulge so I researched and figured this was the best option for me.
Day of-5 days after 6 including procedure day:
really glad my bf went with me I arrived at 9:00 left around 4:00. They were only supposed to do six areas lower flanks lower abdominals inside of my abdominals. But when they marked me up they added top flanks by my bra line as well so I ended up doing 8 total. Was an extremely long day and not what I expected at all. If you're a fidgety person or somebody that doesn't like to sit still for long links of time I suggest you take a Xanax with you,in hindsight I would've done that which after I was there they asked if anyone suggested that?
Being hooked up is definitely something you can't get prepared for it's a very weird high-powered vacuum cleaner that gets really cold and it's almost unbearable for the first 10 minutes but after that as long as you can sit still even though halfway through your butt fall sleep you can make the 60 minutes with virtually not being too uncomfortable.
After they take the machine off they massage the area for two minutes it isn't horrible but it's not fun either. I had about an extra 10 min I'm between to get over the pain of certain areas; flanks were the worst. I think when it's on bone hips/ribs it stings something fierce for about a good 5 min after.
Don't think that you're going to get a whole lot done while you're there because there are so many pillows around you keeping machines in place that really you have enough room to hold your hands aNd a phone so I'm glad I had my Kindle with me I sat on the side table and watched movies to try to occupy my mind. By the way if you do take your best friend make sure she doesn't make you laugh with the machine on because it hurts really bad. Wanted to slap her lol. But still very greatful she came and endure the day with me.
Highly recommend the compression garment cannot say enough about it. After you are frozen to the touch and numb you don't really want anything else touching you so Spanx compression garment will save your life but make sure you get the one that has the slit so you don't have to pull them up and down every time you have to pee. Seriously buy like 2 pair and rotate them everyday after a wash. If I had to pull them up and down everytime I went to pee, sweet Jesus I would die because you really dont want to touch your stomach.
Needless to say I did not take a shower the next day so two days after I took some alcohol and wiped off the marks and soaked in the hot bathtub and massaged the areas on my stomach because I read so many poor reviews about lumps and bulges being there afterwords. Plus the PA at ideal image said if that happened they would have me massage it so I figured if I was already in pain so might as well get it over with so every other day I soak in hot bath hold my breath and massage away.
The only thing they under estimate is the pain after pretty much from the second day after the procedure so they three total I have been in constant pain along with itchy feeling and little fiery lightning bolt pains. Tylenol does nothing on this kind of pain. Thank goodness I had left over pain meds from my foot surgery last month or I honestly don't know how I would be making it right now. I tolerate pain pretty well considering I have that surgery a month ago and I still had 90% of the pain meds left. But this will make you go crazy. They just need to start writing a prescription on your visit day. Because it is definitely needed.
As you can expect no changes yet but I will keep posting and updating.
These are pics my friend took try to wear same thing and I'll do weekly pictures to see if there's a difference.
