Don't worry ladies you got this!!

Sorry for the delay in updating my review I have to say things go so quick u can't believe it happened and your back to your normal life!! So... Day of surgery I went in was greeted by the team right away (PS (MD), RN, MA & anesthesiologist) they went over how everything was going to go and let me go get undressed, I remember not being to nervous so if ur PS prescribed anything for pre-op anxiety I'd suggest you take it. I came into the surgery room all set in my gown, hair net and slippers my PS had already drawn where she needed. The staff was so friendly making jokes as I laid there it was quite comforting actually. The anesthesiologist began going over how to take deep breaths and that he'd release the anesthesia, all I remember was that 1st breath then waking up. "Your all done", "You did great" is all I can hear and I think I felt a tub coming out of my mouth. I didn't feel any pain in act I felt normal just tired, I laid there then dozed off. My recovery time went by as I slept 45min or so then the MA checked my BP everything was fine she went over how I was feeling and what would happen next. I got up on my own and walked to the bathroom to get dressed, everything seemed so normal. Just like that I was in and out a total of 2.5 hours. I'd planned to stay in Tucson since it was a 2 hr rice and didn't think if be up to it but my family was with me and I wasn't in pain so I said let's not waste $ and go home. I don't remember the ride home I must of slept. I did the on 30 min off 30 min ice packs under the armpit recommendation and had my mom change it when sleep. That's a must do ladies does wonders! The next few days were a blur due to the pain meds but there was no discomfort that I recall. My chest were a little high but I was prepared for that and also that they would drop for awhile. I'm now at my 2 week mark as of tomorrow!! Here are some post op pics from 2 hours after I'll post current one tomorrow if you guys would like to see them!!

Big day!!

Headed to the surgery center now, I'm a little anxious so i took a 5mg Valium my PS prescribed/recommended. I got a call I could come earlier so I know I'll be going right into it, praying everything goes great! Here are a few pre pics will do some post later!

So tomorrow is the big day, I guess I waited to...

So tomorrow is the big day, I guess I waited to start my review for 2 reasons 1 being nervous to read other recovery stories and 2 not to make anyone else nervous with my anxiety. I have to say its not that bad (anxiety) more just questions of what's going to happen. I'm currently a 32 B/C cup shooting for a 32D after my child my breast lost a lot of volume, just hoping to get some of tat back. Questions for you ladies, did you get/take arnica? Or get the scar away strips? Is there anything that you didn't have that you wished you'd had? Trying to make sure I have everything ready the big day is tomorrow! Ill upload pre-op pictures later tonight.
