He used to be good when I first went to see him 4 years ago. He's become sloppy, uncaring, and makes stupid mistakes that he refuses to fix.

I have been going to dr Lo for 4 years. He was gReat. Now, he has become too busy and sloppy with his work. My last treatment was botched and had an "oh, well...." attitude. I was asked to pay to fix the lumps and change of skin color he caused. Go anywhere else but here. Loyalty is not an important value and humility is a close second.
So sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried calling their office and discussing this with them? Perhaps there would be a good way for you guys to reach middle ground (??). Might be worth a shot.
